RETURN POLICY

Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases.

Purchases will have fourteen (14) days from the day the order is delivered to the shipping address to return or exchange (subject to availability). Acceptable returns will receive a store credit that is stored in our computer system and will be emailed to you.  

Store credit DOES NOT expire.

We do not offer refunds.

All accessories, jewelry, handbags, and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

ITEM CONDITION POLICY

Sanctum Style will gladly accept any un-worn, un-altered merchandise in its original condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

We thoroughly inspect all items when we receive them, but if you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email so we can take care of it.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Ship your merchandise to the following address:

All returns must be pre-paid. Sanctum Style must receive your return within 14 days of when the order was delivered to you.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX with a tracking number.

In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Sanctum Style will not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

Once we receive your returned merchandise, your return will be processed within five business days. You will receive an email with the store credit information.  

Please note that Sanctum Style reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
